Evolito at the Electric and Hybrid Aerospace Technology Symposium

We are delighted to be attending & sponsoring the Electric & Hybrid Aerospace Technology Symposium in Bremen, Germany (27th & 28th September)

This is the world’s leading international conference and exhibition dedicated to ultra-low-emission aircraft technology and full-electric flight possibilities. It is the premier event for high-level aerospace engineers and designers, leading research academics, propulsion engineers, aircraft manufacturers, heads of electrical system design and engineering, and anyone working on developing the future of aircraft technology.

As well as hosting a stand at the event  (Booth 150), we also have 2 of our team speaking at the conference.

Lead System Engineer, Natalia Narozanska will be discussing Evolito’s learnings of how to gain a system-level advantage from next-generation electric propulsion architectures, and how these can accelerate the development of the eVTOL industry.

Lead Thermal Engineer, Zi Yeo, will be discussing The Big Aerospace Challenge: Thermal Runaway. The presentation will highlight the challenges around thermal runaway and continuous safe flight landing, current regulations and how we are designing propulsion systems to meet the challenge.

Electric & Hybrid Aerospace Technology Symposium

As Lead Simulations Engineer, Natalia overseas the computational development and analysis of preliminary designs, and their refinement in the later stages of the design process. Natalia has a reputation for analytical problem solving, and is quick to research, learn and adapt to new engineering challenges in creative ways; her entrepreneurial potential and engineering creativity have been recognised with numerous awards, including Forbes Poland 25 under 25, Mary Dyson Scholarship from James Dyson Foundation and McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders Award.

Catch Natalia’s presentation at 12.30 on September 27th.

Natalia

Zi is leading the thermal modelling and simulation capabilities in Evolito’s battery team, following Evolito’s acquisition of Electroflight. Currently, Zi is developing high-performance and certifiable aerospace battery systems, from operational thermal management and thermal runaway aspects. He is a Chartered thermal specialist with over 12 years of experience, working on eVTOL aircraft, high-tech consumer products, and hydrogen fuel cell, for companies like Vertical Aerospace, Dyson and Intelligent Energy. He graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Master’s in Sustainable Energy and a First-class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Catch Zi’s presentation on September 27th at 16.40.
