Graduate roles
Our graduate positions are designed for those ready to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. You’ll work alongside industry experts on advanced electric engine technologies, gaining hands-on experience from the beginning.
Placement years
If your degree includes a year in industry, we offers placement opportunities within our engineering teams allowing you to apply your academic learning and develop professional skills. Approximately 90% of placement students are offered a role after graduation.
T-levels, internships and work experience
Our internships and work experience programmes, including T-Level placements, give students the chance to explore engineering. These short-term opportunities are a great way to experience life in an advanced manufacturing and engineering environment.
Apprenticeships
We’re passionate about nurturing the next generation of talent. Our apprenticeships combine structured learning with real-world experience, giving you the opportunity to work alongside industry experts across all areas of our business, whilst studying towards a recognised qualification. We provide paid time for college, university and apprenticeship training, as well as ongoing support from experienced mentors who are invested in your success. When do you open internship and placement applications?
Applications for our internship and placement programmes typically open in September for the following year’s intake. We recommend applying as early as possible, as opportunities are advertised and filled throughout the recruitment period.
