Advanced Aerospace Manufacturing Facility
Our ~38,000 sq ft manufacturing facility combines aerospace‑grade process discipline with production principles proven in high‑volume automotive applications. This approach underpins how Evolito builds electric engines, motors and motor controllers designed to scale without compromising quality.
Manufacturing processes are structured around repeatability, traceability and process control, supporting consistent build quality as production volumes increase.
High voltage test & verification facility
One of the advantages of building Evolito as a new business was the opportunity to design our facilities around the needs of modern electric propulsion development from day one. Drawing on decades of industry experience, our team was able to create a high-voltage test facility exactly as we wanted it—purpose-built to support rapid product development, rigorous validation, and the demanding compliance demonstrations required for certification.
Rather than adapting legacy infrastructure, we designed a facility that reflects the realities of next-generation aerospace programmes, giving our engineers the capability, flexibility and confidence to test, prove and refine technologies at every stage of development.
Integrated engineering & programme support
Engineering, systems, software, safety, quality and manufacturing teams operate together within the same facility, working from shared data and a single configuration baseline.
This integrated model supports faster issue resolution, controlled change and clear technical ownership throughout the product lifecycle, from early development through to certified production supply.
