Natalia Narożańska Recognised In eVTOL Insights Ones To Watch Report

Congratulations to  Lead Simulations Engineer, Natalia Narożańska, who has been recognised by eVTOL Insights,  as “One To Watch”, in their 2024 Ones To Watch Special Report

With a clear vision to transform products and processes through innovative techniques, Natalia has developed a reputation for problem solving at Evolito.

Natalia leads the motor electromagnetic design, powertrain optimisation and system thermal simulation. Before becoming the technical lead at Evolito, Natalia achieved BA(Hons) MEng from the University of Cambridge and worked as a simulation  engineer at YASA.

The report, produced by Jason Pritchard of eVTOL Insights, recognises individual excellence & achievement in the global advanced air mobility market.

Between 2018-2020 she earned awards from James Dyson Foundation, University of Cambridge, McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders and Forbes Poland 25under25.

Natalia was the first female engineer in the Evolito team, supporting the company’s green aviation-focused technology from its first day.

Natalia’s strong technical influence and her authentic leadership contributed to the evolution of our award-winning culture.

Beyond her contributions to technology, Natalia actively gives back to women in engineering.She led Evolito through a competition to get on RAE Inclusive Leadership programme and now leads the EDI project at Evolito, consulting with specialists and peers.

Natalia also successfully pitched for Evolito to sign-up to programmes focused on young engineers from minorities, including 30 per cent women
