We are delighted to have been selected to participate in the new Inclusive Leadership Programme, created by the Royal Academy of Engineering.
This programme is part of the Academy’s broader efforts to support the engineering industry in embracing diversity and inclusive practices.
Evolito were selected, along with 11 other leading engineering businesses including Rolls Royce SMR & Thales, following a very competitive application process.
This programme is an exciting opportunity for Evolito to lead the engineering profession to a more inclusive future.
Our team of leaders already selected for the programme include:
Gareth Morris – Chief Operating Officer, Natalia Narozanska – Lead Simulations Engineer, Katie Tidd – Materials Engineer and Hannah Denton – Senior People Partner.
They will have access to bespoke training & support from the Academy, including knowledge and guidance on inclusive leadership including through in-depth inclusive leadership training; reciprocal mentoring; sponsorship; coaching and peer-to-peer workshops.
